SyncUp Overview

SyncUp dashboard preview

SyncUp turns the daily Jira scroll into a single project page that updates itself. It runs entirely inside Atlassian Forge — no external servers, no data leaves your tenant.

  • A Daily Brief tailored to each role — Developer, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
  • A live Sprint Health score (0–100) broken into five components: Progress vs Time, Blocked Items, Scope Stability, Team Balance, and Velocity Trend.
  • An automatically generated Sprint Report (“Sprint Autopsy”) the moment a sprint closes.
  • An Alerts stream that surfaces sprint-goal risk, scope creep, blocker aging, due-date warnings, overload, and milestones.
  • Optional daily email briefings delivered to the team just before standup.
RoleDaily Brief content
DeveloperUrgent items, Your Focus Today (in‑progress with aging vs team average), Waiting for You, Recently Completed, weekly stats
Scrum MasterSprint Health score, delivery forecast, blocked items, suggestions (workload rebalancing), team balance

  • Jira Cloud (Forge apps don’t run on Server / Data Center)
  • The project uses a Scrum board — Kanban projects show a “No Scrum Board Found” message
  • An active sprint — without one, SyncUp shows an info message until a sprint starts
Morning standup → Daily Brief tab (and optional email digest)
Mid-sprint → Sprint Health tab — live forecast + breakdown
Sprint close → Reports tab — autopsy auto-generates
Retrospective → Reports tab — Sprint Comparison + velocity trend
