Daily Brief
The Daily Brief is the first tab in SyncUp and adapts to your assigned role. Your role is set by a project admin in Settings → Team Roles; new users default to Developer.

Header (visible above every tab)
Section titled “Header (visible above every tab)”A single row at the top of SyncUp shows live sprint state regardless of which tab you’re on:
- Health Score with Healthy / At Risk / Critical badge
- Completion percentage and item count
- Blocked count with a Needs Attention / Clear lozenge
- Time Used percentage and days remaining
- Sprint name, day counter (
Day X / Y), and the realistic forecast percentage - A ↻ Refresh button to re-fetch the active sprint immediately
Developer view
Section titled “Developer view”The Developer brief is organized into four sections plus weekly stats.
🔴 Urgent
Section titled “🔴 Urgent”Issues assigned to you that are overdue or due within the next 24 hours. Each row shows the urgency lozenge (OVERDUE or DUE SOON) and how long until/past due.
📌 Your Focus Today
Section titled “📌 Your Focus Today”Issues you currently have In Progress, ordered by how long they’ve been in that status. For any item over a day old, SyncUp shows the team average time-in-status next to yours — so you can see if you’re tracking with the team or stuck.
👀 Waiting for You
Section titled “👀 Waiting for You”Items assigned to you that are still in To Do. Rendered as a compact table with issue key, summary, and priority — your queue for when you finish the current work.
✅ Recently Completed
Section titled “✅ Recently Completed”Issues you closed in the last 24 hours.
Weekly stats and counters
Section titled “Weekly stats and counters”Four cards at the bottom: items completed this week (with a delta lozenge against last week), open items, done items, and total assigned in the sprint.

days blockedaging. - 💡 Suggestions — up to three workload-rebalancing recommendations:
- Rebalance: “Move PROJ-401 from Ahmet to Ayşe (has capacity)” — generated when one assignee has >1.5× the team average and a teammate has <0.8×.
- Unassigned: surfaces unassigned issues when there are people with capacity.
- 👥 Team Balance — table of each assignee’s load with overloaded / balanced / available status.

Product Owner view
Section titled “Product Owner view”The PO brief is delivery-focused.
