XPress Overview
XPress is a one-click PDF and HTML exporter for Confluence Cloud. Open a space, pick the pages you want, set headers and margins to taste, and let XPress produce a polished document - single page or hundreds at once.
What XPress gives your team
Section titled “What XPress gives your team”- One-click export of any Confluence page to PDF or HTML.
- Bulk export - pick many pages at once or whole branches of the page tree.
- Cover page & table of contents - add a titled cover (with your logo) and a linked contents page.
- Watermarks - overlay text like DRAFT or CONFIDENTIAL across every page.
- Page layout control - paper size, orientation, custom margins.
- Custom headers and footers - free text plus page numbers in a position of your choice.
- Saved per-space defaults - your settings are remembered per space.
- Export history - every export you’ve run in this space, with the ability to re-download.
Where XPress shows up in Confluence
Section titled “Where XPress shows up in Confluence”The main workspace is the XPress page - open any Confluence space and you’ll find an XPress entry in the space sidebar, where you pick pages, configure layout, and download your exports. XPress also adds a global XPress page and an Export to PDF action on individual pages (in the page’s byline and the ··· content menu), so you can export a single page without opening the space view.
