XPress Overview
XPress is a one-click PDF exporter for Confluence Cloud. Open a space, pick the pages you want, set headers and margins to taste, and let XPress produce a polished PDF — single page or hundreds at once.
What XPress gives your team

- Bulk export — pick many pages at once or whole branches of the page tree.
- Page layout control — paper size, orientation, custom margins.
- Custom headers and footers — free text plus page numbers in a position of your choice.
- Export history — every export you’ve run in this space, with the ability to re-download.
Where XPress shows up in Confluence
Section titled “Where XPress shows up in Confluence”XPress installs as a space-level page. Open any Confluence space and you’ll find an XPress entry in the space sidebar. Everything you do — picking pages, configuring layout, downloading PDFs — happens there.
