XPress Overview

XPress is a one-click PDF exporter for Confluence Cloud. Open a space, pick the pages you want, set headers and margins to taste, and let XPress produce a polished PDF — single page or hundreds at once.

What XPress gives your team

  • One-click PDF export of any Confluence page.
  • Bulk export — pick many pages at once or whole branches of the page tree.
  • Page layout control — paper size, orientation, custom margins.
  • Custom headers and footers — free text plus page numbers in a position of your choice.
  • Export history — every export you’ve run in this space, with the ability to re-download.

Where XPress shows up in Confluence

XPress installs as a space-level page. Open any Confluence space and you’ll find an XPress entry in the space sidebar. Everything you do — picking pages, configuring layout, downloading PDFs — happens there.

How XPress fits into your workflow

Open a space        →  XPress (space sidebar)
Pick pages          →  Page tree with multi-select
Tune layout         →  Settings sidebar (paper size, margins, headers/footers)
Export              →  PDF appears as a download link
Need an older one?  →  Exports tab shows the last 20 PDFs you've made

Requirements

Section titled “Requirements”
  • Confluence Cloud (Forge apps don’t run on Server / Data Center).
  • A user account with permission to view the pages you want to export.
