- GDPR compliant. See privacy and security for the full picture.
- Paid app with Atlassian Marketplace licensing.
Known limits
Section titled “Known limits”- Session-only settings — paper size, margins, headers, footers, page numbers reset to defaults each time you open XPress.
- Per-export uniform layout — one paper size / orientation / chrome configuration per PDF; you can’t mix within a single export.
- Page tree order — bulk export PDFs follow the Confluence page hierarchy order; no manual reorder.
- 20-export history per space — older exports roll off as new ones run.
- No master table of contents for bulk exports — individual page ToC macros render, but XPress doesn’t synthesize a top-level ToC.
- External images may not always embed reliably — uploading as Confluence attachments is more reliable.
Future release notes will be appended to this page.
